Rubber wood is the main raw material used in this project. Due to its high moisture content and large initial size, the material requires proper size reduction before entering the pelletizing process.
The production line starts with a TR-A65120 wood chipper, which reduces large rubber wood pieces into smaller chips. With a processing capacity of 50-120 m3/h, this chipper ensures efficient primary size reduction and stable feeding for the next stage.
After chipping, the wood chips are conveyed and temporarily stored to maintain continuous and stable material supply for the downstream process.
The chipped rubber wood is further processed by two GXP75120 hammer mills.
Each hammer mill provides a processing capacity of 6-7 tons per hour. This dual-unit configuration helps balance the crushing load, reduce equipment wear, and ensure stable long-term operation.
