BISON MACHINE Presents Biomass Pellet Production Equipment at Indonesia Biomass Exhibition 2025

From September 24 to 27, 2025, BISON MACHINE took part in a major biomass industry exhibition held at Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran. The XGJ560 biomass pellet machine is a centrifugal vertical ring die pellet mill specifically developed for biomass fuel pellet production. It offers stable operation, high pellet density, and energy-efficient performance, making it ideal for medium-scale wood pellet production lines.

• XGJ850 Pellet Machine (250 kW)

The XGJ850 is an industrial-grade pellet machine with a production capacity of 3–4 tons per hour. Known for its durability and consistent performance, it has gained strong recognition in previous biomass exhibitions held in Indonesia.

• TR-A80130 Wood Chipper (315 kW)

This high-capacity wood chipper is capable of producing uniform wood chips as small as 10 mm, allowing direct feeding into pelletizing systems in many cases without secondary crushing. It is well suited for large-scale biomass pellet plants processing logs or wood waste.

• SSJ150 Double-Roller Shredder (55×2 kW)

Designed for primary size reduction, the double-roller shredder is suitable for processing crop stalks, grass bales, palm residues, and municipal waste. With a high-power planetary gearbox, reinforced shafts, and wear-resistant blades, it ensures efficient preprocessing of raw materials.

• GXP130×120 Hammer Mill (200×2 kW)

This heavy-duty hammer mill delivers a capacity of 14–16 tons per hour, providing consistent particle size and stable continuous operation. It is widely used in large-scale biomass pellet plants for grinding wood chips and agricultural materials prior to pelletizing.
