6–8 TPH Biomass Pellet Line for Sugarcane Leaves with Stone Separation

This 6–8 TPH biomass pellet production line is designed to efficiently convert sugarcane leaves—even those containing small stones—into uniform, high-quality pellets. The raw material is first processed by a wood pallet crusher, which not only crushes the sugarcane leaves but also separates any stones or impurities. Material is then fed steadily through a hydraulic bin into two XGJ850 pellet machines for pelletizing. A cooling machine ensures proper pellet stabilization, and two packing scales complete the process with accurate and efficient packaging. The line delivers smooth operation, consistent pellet quality, and reliable industrial-scale production.
