Rubber Wood Biomass Pellet Line with Annual Output of 120,000 Tons

This 120,000-ton-per-year biomass pellet production line in Thailand efficiently converts rubber wood into uniform, high-quality biomass pellets. The process begins with two wood chippers and two hammer mills to prepare and further crush the material, followed by two rotary screeners and a drum dryer for drying and screening. Material is fed steadily through a hydraulic bin into six XGJ850 pellet machines, and the finished pellets are cooled in a cooling machine. With an optimized layout and reliable equipment setup, the line delivers smooth operation, consistent pellet quality, and high-efficiency large-scale production.
