Biomass Pellet Line for Round Logs Producing 6–8 TPH Pellets

This 6–8 TPH biomass pellet line in Indonesia efficiently converts round logs into high-quality pellets. Raw logs are first processed by a wood chipper for initial size reduction, then crushed by a hammer mill. After drying in a drum dryer, the material is subjected to a second crushing. The processed material is fed through a hydraulic bin and pelletized using two XGJ850 pellet machines. A cooling machine and packing scale complete the process, ensuring smooth operation and consistent pellet quality throughout production.
